General Refund Policy

Membership Refunds

Change of Mind:
- No refunds are provided for change of mind once a membership has been purchased.
Medical or Personal Emergencies:
- A pro-rata refund may be granted for medical or personal emergencies, provided that sufficient evidence (e.g., a medical certificate) is supplied.
Cancellation by the Studio:
- If the studio cancels a membership service, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward future services.

Single Class Payments:
- Refunds are not available for missed classes.
- If a class is canceled by the studio, a make-up session will be offered, or a credit will be applied to your account.
Class Packages:
- Unused classes in a package are non-refundable.
- Transfers to another student may be permitted upon written request.
Term-Based Enrollments:
- Refunds are not available for term-based enrollments after the term has commenced.
- If you notify us at least [insert number] days before the start of the term, a refund may be issued minus a [insert percentage or flat fee] administration fee.

Memberships cannot be transferred to another individual.
